ICT & Digital Services

This program equips learners with foundational to intermediate digital skills needed in today’s technology-driven economy. Training covers computer literacy, office applications, digital communication, online business tools, and introductory technical skills such as basic hardware troubleshooting, graphic design, and digital entrepreneurship. Learners graduate with the ability to navigate digital workspaces, offer ICT support services, or pursue further specialization.

Fashion & Beauty

This cluster provides hands-on training in garment making, fashion design, tailoring, cosmetology, hairdressing, and beauty care. Learners master techniques in cutting, sewing, dressmaking, wig-making, skincare, and makeup artistry. The program blends creativity with technical expertise, enabling graduates to start their own fashion or beauty businesses or work confidently in established enterprises.

Craftsmanship & Artisanal Trades

Focused on practical vocational skills, this area covers plumbing, electrical installation, and related artisanal trades. Learners are trained in safety, tool handling, installation techniques, maintenance, and basic repairs. The curriculum emphasizes real-life simulations and on-the-job experience, preparing participants to meet community needs, work with industry partners, or operate independently as skilled artisans.

Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy

This program strengthens learners’ ability to start, manage, and sustain their own businesses. Topics include business planning, customer service, savings and investment, record keeping, marketing, pricing, and financial decision-making. Learners gain the entrepreneurial mindset and financial skills needed to build profitable and resilient enterprises, especially within Ghana’s informal and small business sectors.
