Our Services
We provide a comprehensive range of technical and vocational services designed to equip learners with practical skills, industry experience, and opportunities for lifelong learning. Our services support young people, artisans, workers, job seekers, and individuals seeking new career paths or professional upgrading.
Competency-Based Training (CBT)
Our Competency-Based Training programs are designed to help new hires, apprentices, master craft persons, workers, and career changers gain hands-on skills in high-demand fields. Training is practical, learner-centered, and aligned with national TVET standards to ensure graduates are job-ready and competitive. We offer CBT program areas including ICT & Digital Services; Fashion & Beauty; Craftsmanship & Artisanal Trades; and Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy. Learners acquire industry-relevant skills and earn certificates recognized by the Technical Examination Unit (TEU), CTVET, and the academy.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) service enables master craft persons and working professionals to receive formal recognition for skills gained through formal, informal, or non-formal learning. RPL is ideal for individuals who want to upgrade their skills, knowledge, and qualifications; need official recognition of the experience they already possess; and seek alignment with the National TVET Qualifications Framework (NTVETQF). This service promotes lifelong learning and ensures artisans and workers remain competitive in Ghana’s evolving labor market.
Workplace Experience Learning (WEL)
Our Workplace Experience Learning program provides real-world exposure for individuals seeking practical industry experience. It is designed for recent graduates, career changers, unemployed individuals, and young people exploring new career pathways. WEL placements help learners develop confidence, apply classroom knowledge, and gain the hands-on experience required to enter the workforce or start their own enterprises.
